Refurbished in 2019, the Emerald Princess is the 8th Grand-class Princess Cruises liner, with sisterships the fleetmates Caribbean, Diamond, Golden (now Pacific Adventure), Grand, Crown, Ruby, Star (now Pacific Encounter) and Sapphire.
The luxury cruiser can easily accommodate 3100 passengers and follows the Crown Princess cruise ship, whose debut took place in March 2006.
